Hiring good employees is one of the most important things for any business owner…it’s also one of the most difficult. After about 20 years of hiring experience, I've realized one thing: it's all about the "fit."  You have to find someone whose skills & personality fits your company and their job responsibilities. And super important, they have to be able to click with the rest of your team. You could hire a total rockstar with amazing experience, but if they don't get along with everyone else, you're gonna have problems. Also, make sure their goals line up with what you're trying to do with your business, and that you can actually help them reach those goals. So, bottom line?  Focus on the fit!
